REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the product return or exchanges are not allowed. No exceptions. All sales are final.
Missing/Incorrect/Damage items : 
Please verify your order once received .If any of the items is damages, missing or incorrect please contact us by mail  in the next 48 hours after your order is delievered so we can help you solve the issue. 
SHIPPING
(Processing could take up to 2-3 business days)  .
In case of a sale it could take up to 4-5 business days to process.
All nail supply orders are going to be processed in 1-3 business days.
Shipping time does not include the order being processed.
We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Tracking info is provided in your email on file when shipping starts.
